Program Description. Olson & Reeves uses text messaging to communicate with prospective and current clients who have consented to receive messages. Messages are sent from our firm number, (618) 516-8333, and may include: responses to your consultation request or case inquiry, appointment and consultation scheduling and confirmations, court-date and deadline reminders, and requests for information or documents related to your matter. We do not send promotional or marketing messages.
How You Opt In. You will only receive text messages from us if you have given us your consent — for example, by verbally agreeing when you call our office (or we return your call) and our staff asks whether we may text you about your case or consultation. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of hiring our firm or receiving legal services.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on the activity in your matter. Most clients receive only a few messages per month.
Fees. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Olson & Reeves does not charge for text messages.
Opting Out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You may also call our office at (618) 316-7322 to be removed. Opting out of text messages does not affect your representation.

Privacy. Your mobile phone number and your text-messaging consent are used only for the communications described above. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
